RN – West Trenton

RN MANAGER, QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Ensure quality standards are met, deficiencies are corrected, and policies/procedures are uniformly applied. Responsibilities include: identifying/monitoring risks; coordinating programs; resolving issues/problems; as well as providing guidance and direction to staff on specific program strategies. In addition, you will monitor/review work performances, lead the HEDIS, NCQA and URAC processes, develop/analyze annual audits, interact with providers, hospitals and members, and handle other related duties as required. Requires a Bachelors Degree, NJ RN license, and 3+ years of quality management experience, including 3 years in a managed care environment, and at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Solid project management, leadership, analytical, oral/written communication skills are essential along with PC proficiency with MS Office Suite. URAC, NCQA and HEDIS knowledge is strongly preferred.

RN/QUALITY AUDITOR

You will be responsible for the coordination of quality improvement activities, as well as conducting periodic audits to assess quality of care. Valid drivers license and access to an automobile required. Prior UM or QI experience preferred. To qualify, you must have a NJ RN License, be PC proficient with MS Office Suite, and able to travel NJ statewide. URAC, NCQA and HEDIS knowledge a plus.
